Hard to Use

The material is soft, pliable, and stretches easy. But it is hard to get into, even when completely erect. The vibrator works well and feels great. It comes w/a tag, which tells about a "how-to" video on the website, but I couldn't find it. I know how to use this thing, but wanted to see if the video had any additional ideas.
